PHINMA University of Iloilo (UI) was hailed as the Top 2 best performing school in the recently concluded June 2022 Criminologist Licensure Examinations.
Based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Monday, July 25, 2022, PHINMA UI garnered a rating of 84.48 percent in the licensure examinations emerging as the 2nd best performing school among schools with 50 or more examinees.
Out of the 116 total examinees, 98 passed the licensure examinations equivalent to an 84.48% passing rate.
The educational institution also garnered a high passing rate among its first-time takers at 93.68% passing rate with 89 passers out of the 95 first-time takers.
University of the Cordilleras emerged as the top performing school with an over-all passing percentage of 94.37 %.
PRC announced that 12,698 of 41,913 examinees passed the June 2022 Criminologist Licensure Examination.
Lyen Carel Togonon Garcia of the University of Mindanao – Davao City topped the licensure exams with a rating of 90.70 percent.
The licensure examination was conducted on June 12-14, 2022 at several testing centers at National Capital Region (NCR), Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cauayan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legaspi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga. (DG)
