ROXAS CITY, Capiz — Two women wanted for qualified trespass to dwelling surrendered to police Monday afternoon, March 2, authorities said.
Police said the two voluntarily surrendered to the Roxas City police after warrants were issued against them.
The suspects were identified as alias “Maria,” 32, and alias “Ice,” 18, both residents of Brgy. Dayao, Roxas City.
Police said the charge was qualified trespass to dwelling under Article 280 of the Revised Penal Code, as amended by Republic Act 10951.
The warrants were issued by the acting presiding judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 1, Roxas City, Capiz, police said.
The court recommended bail of PHP 10,000 each for their temporary detention, police said.
Police said the two were released after posting bail.
