ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Two persons wanted for reckless imprudence and attempted homicide were arrested Monday in separate operations in Panitan and Panay, Capiz.
The Panitan PNP collared Renz Daliva, 29, at his house in Brgy. Pawa, Panay town.
Daliva is wanted for the crime of reckless imprudence under Art. 365 of the Revised Penal Code. A P4,200 bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
On the other hand, the Panitan police arrested Christian Jay Dadivas, 21, at his house in Brgy. Concencia, Panitan for the crime of attempted homicide.
The court recommended P30,000 bail for Dadivas’ temporary liberty.
The warrants of arrest were issued by Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Judge Socorro Rapiz Oliveros of Panitan and Panay on June 30, 2021.
