Two suspects in the killing of a 15-year-old boy were arrested Wednesday in Oton, Iloilo.
Jericho Juadiong, 20, and Jaypee (real name withheld), 17, both residents of Barangay Pulo Maestravita, Oton were nabbed a day after the body of Raymundo Flores III was found.
The two allegedly ganged up on the victim and left his body in a secluded portion of Pulo Maestravita village.
The Oton police have two witnesses who positively identified the two suspects.
One of the witnesses, a 16-year-old boy, told his grandfather about the incident.
The grandfather eventually relayed the information to Barangay Captain Nestor Malco.
The group was on their way to Zone 6 when an argument ensued between the victim and Juadiong.
One thing led to another until the stabbing episode happened.
The victim’s body was eventually found around 6 a.m. Tuesday. He suffered injuries on his head, right arm, and abdomen.
A case for murder is now being readied against the two arrested suspects.
