Bustamante said the victim might have crashed into the steel barrier on the roadside during the accident.
The victim was taken to Eleuterio T. Decena Memorial Hospital, but he was declared dead on arrival.
Bustamante said the victim came from a benefit dance in Barangay Nabulao, Sipalay City before the accident.
