Two nabbed for physical injuries

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Two persons facing physical injuries raps were arrested in separate operations over the weekend.

Roxas City cops collared Judith Urate, 52, morning of Jan 4, 2019 at Sitio Andol Barangay Talon here.

Urate is charged with serious physical injuries in Criminal Case No. C-18-17327 lodged with the sala of Municipal Trial Court in Cities Branch 2 Judge Kathleen Adelantar.

The suspect was released after posting the P12,000 bail.

Meanwhile, Andrew Bical, 40, was also arrested on the same day for the same charge.

Sigma police caught Bical at his house in Barangay Amaga, Sigma.

Municipal Circuit Trial Court Judge Ruben Lambuson of Sigma issued the arrest warrant against Bical on Nov 13, 1997. A P6,000 bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
