ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Two persons died after allegedly committing suicide in separate incidents Monday.
Rico (not his real name) of Brgy. Pantalan President Roxas, Capiz allegedly took his life after scolding his son, according to Punong Barangay Kenneth Fabros of Brgy. Pantalan.
Rico’s family believed he ingested poison. He was declared dead at Bailan District Hospital.
Meanwhile, a 38-year-old caretaker of a fighting cock farm in Barangay Sibaguan, Roxas City was found dead Tuesday morning.
Joe (not his real name) was last seen drinking liquor with his co-workers Monday evening.
Police are investigating if Joe indeed committed suicide due to depression as his wife has been away for five years already.
