PILAR, Capiz – Police here arrested two persons for possessing unlicensed firearms in two separate operations on July 3, 2019 at Brgy. San Nicolas.
First to be arrested was Rolly Capalla, 31, of Brgy. Aranguel here, a 12-guage shotgun was recovered from the suspect.
The second suspect was Cachelle Caballero, 40, a native of Basay, Negros Occidental who yielded a .45-caliber handgun.
Charges for violations of RA 9165 or Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunitions Act were filed against them.
