ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Two brothers ranked among Capiz’s most wanted were arrested Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 26, in Malipayon Village, Barangay Tiza, Roxas City.
The Roxas City Police Station, 1st Capiz Provincial Mobile Force Company, and Capiz Provincial Police Office-Provincial Intelligence Unit led the operation.
Police identified the suspects as alias “Toto Gerald,” 22, and alias “Jep-jep Boday,” 19, both residents of Malipayon Village.
Toto Gerald faces a rape charge with no bail recommended and a sexual assault charge with a bail set at PHP200,000.
Jep-jep Boday is also facing a rape charge with no bail recommended.
The brothers are currently in the custody of the Roxas City Police Station.
Judge Joan Marie Bargas-Betita of the Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region, Branch 14, Roxas City, issued their warrants of arrest on Feb. 25, 2025.
