BACOLOD City – Four employees of a trading company here were allegedly robbed with P250,000 cash by three unidentified armed robbers at Barangay Tabugon, Kabankalan, Negros Occidental last Friday.
Police records indicated that 38-year-old Erwin Sevilla was driving a truck van, along with helpers Charles Elles, 27; Rodel Ondrado, 23; and Regie Marcelino, 22, when the suspects waylaid and robbed them at gunpoint.
Aside from cash, the robbers also took their two cellular phones worth P2,700, and the vehicle’s key.
One of the suspects was identified through the police station’s rogues’ gallery as Bonifacio Galagate, 32, of Barangay Magballo.
Galagate’s two companions are still unidentified.
