Lieutenant Colonel Jesus Mesahon Jr., city police chief, said the suspect identified as a certain “Bobby” is on the priority target list of “high value individuals” (HVIs) in the city.
Mesahon said the 46-year-old suspect was previously arrested for a drug offense but was later released from jail due to plea bargaining.
Police also confiscated from him a bundle of transparent plastic sachets, two improvised plastic straws, an improvised tooter, P280, and the P500 marked money.
Mesahon said they launched the operation against the suspect after some of the arrested drug suspects identified him as their alleged source of illegal drugs.
