Raymart Decena, 27, a construction worker, was arrested at his place in Oton Ville, Barangay Pulo Maestra Vita, Oton, Iloilo.
A police poseur buyer bought a sachet of suspected shabu for P1,000 from Decena.
Members of Oton Police Station recovered another four sachets of suspected shabu, the P1,000 marked bill, and P200 from Decenas possession.
Chief Inspector Gervinson Moyo, Oton police chief, said that the suspect surrendered through Oplan Tokhang when it kicked off in 2016, but they learned two months ago that he went back to his illicit trade.
Decena is now detained and will be charged of violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
