ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Three persons were injured in a hit-and-run incident Friday morning in Rizal Street here.
Police identified the victim as Rhea Adrigado, 26, of Brgy. Dinginan here and her two minor back riders who are residents of Brgy. Libas here.
The incident happened when a pick-up truck crashed onto their motorcycle.
Police conducted a hot pursuit operation after the pick-up truck driver fled.
