ROXAS CITY, Capiz— Three wanted persons charged for homicide, attempted murder and illegal possession of firearm were apprehended by police in separate operations on June 23, in Capiz.
Panay town cops collared Ariel Abarra of Poblacion Ilaya, Panay for the crime of homicide.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Roxas City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 15 Judge Alma Biñas-Delfin on June 19, 2020.
The court recommended 120,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
The same police force also arrested Roger Aguilar of Barangay Daga, Panay for the crime of attempted murder.
The warrant of arrest was issued by RTC Branch 18 Judge Ignacio Alajar on June 15, 2020.
A P120,000 bail was recommended for his temporary liberty.
Meanwhile, a 33-year-old wanted person was arrested in Barangay San Jose, Roxas City.
The warrant of arrest against Albert Joseph Torres of New Road Barangay Banica, Roxas City was issued by Roxas City RTC Branch 17 Judge Lorencito Diaz for illegal possession of firearm.
The bail for his temporary liberty was fixed at P120,000.
