ROXAS CITY, Capiz Three rape suspects, including a minor, were arrested by police evening of Feb 27, 2019 at Brgy. Conciencia in Panitan, Capiz.
The Panitan police and Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-Capiz) jointly collared Lureto Buenoy Sabando, 55; Ryan Bueno, 18; and a minor who are all residents of Conciencia village.
The trio is wanted for rape in Criminal Case Nos. C-47-19, C-48-19 and C-49-19 field with the Regional Trial Court Branch 14 in Roxas City.
The suspects were not allowed to post bail.
