BACOLOD City – An estimated P408,000 worth of suspected shabu was seized from three persons in a buy-bust led by the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-6 Special Enforcement Team (SET) at Barangay 26 here last Thursday.
PDEA identified the suspects as Gian Carlo Natavio, Georgie Garces, and Benjamin Rosales.
Around 60 grams of suspected shabu was confiscated by PDEA operatives from the trio.
PDEA-6 information officer Shey Tanaleon said the three suspects were alleged high-value targets (HVTs).
Meanwhile, PDEA also arrested three persons in a drug bust at Barangay 1 here last Wednesday.
Arrested were Ella Lastierie, Justine Ferrer, and Justin Sallava, after authorities seized from them two packs containing suspected dried marijuana leaves, glass pipe, the marked money, and lighter.
Tanaleon said drug charges are being readied against the suspects.
