BACOLOD City – Three persons were arrested for illegal drug offenses in three areas in Negros Occidental last Monday.
In La Castellana town, Jason Reyes, 29, of Barangay Robles was arrested at a public cemetery in the said village after police responded to a report about an alleged “pot session” in the said area.
Police recovered from Reyes a sachet of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.
In Pontevedra town, Jerry Diaz, 41, of Barangay Cubay, La Carlota City was arrested in a buy-bust at Barangay 1 Poblacion which resulted in the recovery of six sachets of suspected shabu worth P6,000, and the P500 marked money.
In Bago City, Marciano Castillo, 54, of Barangay Pacol was arrested in a drug bust at the said village after police seized from him three sachets of suspected shabu worth P1,200, lighter, the P300 marked money, and P610 cash.
