BACOLOD CITY — Three individuals were arrested during a buy-bust operation that led to the confiscation of 20 grams of suspected shabu valued at PHP 136,000 in Barangay 1, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental, last Thursday.
The arrested suspects were identified as alias “Pablo,” 36, of Barangay 1; alias “Rudy,” 36, of Barangay Orong; and alias “Rat,” 40, of Barangay 2.
Police Capt. Sammy Gasataya, deputy chief of Kabankalan City Police Station, said the suspects were on the station’s drug watchlist.
Authorities also recovered two improvised glass tooters, two improvised plastic straw scoops, and PHP 500 in marked money from the suspects.
Gasataya classified the individuals as alleged drug users and pushers.
