BACOLOD City – John Chiong, national commander of Task Force Kasanag (TFK), issued a warning to all its members against using the name of the organization for personal purposes.
Chiong said persons who will use the name of the organization for personal benefits will be dealt with accordingly.
“They will be expelled from the organization,” he said.
Chiong issued the warning amid reports reaching him that some members using TFK’s name in Negros Occidental.
He said he will be conducting his own investigation and will not spare anybody.
Chiong said he can expel erring members like what he did before to those who violated the internal laws and rules of TFK.
“We do not condone abuses, we do not tolerate misdeed,” Chiong said.
He said TFK as a civil society group that advocates volunteerism.
“So, I am enjoining the public to report any member of TFK that is using the name of the organization in asking for financial renumeration.”
He said TFK will continue to fight against criminalities, illegal drugs and graft and corruption in government.
TFK has chapters in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
