ONE of the most celebrated tennis players in the women’s division is making a comeback, and everyone is excited.
Kim Clijsters, is a former World No. 1 who bagged numerous Grand Slams including three US Open titles and one Australian Open title.
After the 2012 US Open, Clijsters announced her retirement and hung her racket to focus on being a full-time mother of her 3 children.
At the age of 36, Clijsters said that although it is fun and happy being a full-time mom, she thought something was missing, and what’s missing was the adrenaline rush that competitive tennis gives her.
Clijsters posted on her twitter account, “These last 7 years I’ve been a full-time mom. And I love it, I really do. But I also loved being a professional tennis player. And honestly I miss that feeling,”
