Global digital business services leader Teleperformance (TP) has earned dual ISO certifications—ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety and ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management—across its 28 sites in the Philippines.
The certifications were awarded following a comprehensive two-month audit conducted by global inspection and certification firm Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS), represented locally by Managing Director Cresenciano Maramot.
“At TP, we continue to implement the highest global standards and best practices to ensure we drive value and meaningful growth for our employees, clients, and stakeholders,” said Rahul Jolly, chief executive officer of TP in the Philippines.
“These renewed certifications reinforce our dedication to creating a positive impact for our TP team members and the communities we serve.”
The dual certification underscores TP Philippines’ alignment with global best practices, reflecting its people-first culture, environmental responsibility, and consistent operational performance.
The achievement builds on the company’s status as a Great Place to Work®-certified organization for six consecutive years and further solidifies its reputation as one of the top-performing markets in the global Teleperformance Group.
Certifications strengthen commitment to people and planet
The ISO 45001:2018 certification emphasizes a company’s commitment to reducing workplace risks and promoting a safe, healthy work environment.
It also boosts employee morale, retention, and the company’s reputation as a responsible employer.
The ISO 14001:2015 certification ensures adherence to environmental management systems and practices that address climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion.
It also supports continuous improvement, waste reduction, energy conservation, and cost efficiency.
“We always aim to be a leader in responsible business practices, and by adhering to these ISO standards, we double down on this commitment,” said Jeffrey Johnson, chief people officer of TP in the Philippines.
He added that the certifications enhance TP’s ability to provide high-value services while upholding global standards in workplace safety and sustainability.
