Teen on Capiz’s most wanted list arrested

A 17-year-old boy was arrested for alleged sexual molestation.

Nonoy (not his real name), a resident of Barangay Alayunan, Maayon, Capiz, was collared at Quinat-uyan village in Maayon late afternoon of June 11.

Members of Maayon Municipal Police Station, together with the Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) tracker team, arrested the suspect by virtue of an arrest warrant for three counts of qualified rape in Criminal Case No. CICL C-06-23, CICL C-07-23 and CICL C-08-23.

No bailbond was recommended for his temporary liberty.

The suspect, a Grade 11 student, is the topmost wanted person of Maayon town and sixth in the province of Capiz.

The suspect is now in the custody of local authorities.
