ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A Swiss national and his alleged Capiceña girlfriend were nabbed Saturday in Mambusao, Capiz for concubinage charges.
The Mambusao Municipal Police Station collared Daisy Jane Falsis, 42, and her alleged boyfriend and Swiss national Daniel Scholz, 62, both residents of Navarra Avenue Barangay, Poblacion Proper in Mambusao.
The warrants for their arrest were issued by Municipal Circuit Trial Court Judge Joevy Valenzuela of Mambusao, Capiz on Sept 30, 2020.
The court recommended a P30,000 bail to each accused for their temporary liberty.
The two are presently detained at Mambusao MPS for failure to post bail.
Meanwhile, a 42-year-old farmer was arrested Sunday morning for the crime of homicide.
Warlie Velado did not resist when the police of Jamindan served the warrant of arrest at his house in Barangay Guintas, Jamindan, Capiz.
The warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Rommel Leonor of Branch 21 in Mambusao, Capiz.
Velado is still detained at Jamindan Municipal Police Station.
