A suspected drug peddler was busted again in an anti-narcotics operation afternoon of August 19 in San Jose, Antique,
Arlan Lumogdang, 25, a resident of Barangay Cansadan-Tubodan, San Jose, was arrested at Purok 2 in Barangay Funda-Dalipe.
Joint elements of the Antique Police Drug Enforcement Unit, San Jose Municipal Police Station and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) – Antique collared the suspect after selling a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover agent.
Recovered from his possession were seven sachets of suspected shabu.
PDEA records showed that Arlan Lumugdang was out following a plea bargaining from a previous drug-related case.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are now being prepared for filing in court against the suspect.
