ROXAS CITY, Capiz – A 30-year-old drug surrenderer was nabbed again in a drug buy-bust operation Wednesday evening at Brgy. Mongpong here.
The Station Drug Enforcement Team of the Roxas City PNP arrested Rene Teodosio of Barangay San Jose here at around 11:25 p.m.
Recovered from Teodosio were nine sachets of suspected shabu, P1,000 marked money, 3 cellphones, 2 pouches, a motorcycle, and several drug paraphenalia.
The suspect was arrested last year for the same violation. He was released from jail on February 13, 2019 through plea bargaining agreement.
Teodosio is now in the custody of Roxas City police station. Charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 will be filed against him.
