ROXAS CITY, Capiz A 38-year-old farmer allegedly shot himself to death on Jan 2, 2019 at Brgy. Bungsuan in Dumarao, Capiz.
Police identified the victim as Francis Quinsay, a resident of the place.
Based on the investigation of Dumarao PNP, Quinsays cousin was drinking coffee when he heard gunfire outside the house.
They later found Quinsay on the ground with blood oozing from his head. A gunshot wound was found on his jaw.
Quinsay was declared dead at the Dumarao rural health unit.
A .22-caliber handgun was recovered from the scene.
Police are still trying to determine if there was foul play in the incident.
