BACOLOD City – Provincial Board Member (PBM) Araceli Somosa (first district) registered perfect attendance in 25 sessions conducted by the provincial board of Negros Occidental from July to December 2019.
PBM Manuel Frederick Kho (third district) had seven absences with four as official travel, two vacation leaves, and one absent.
Vice Governor Jeffrey Ferrer, the presiding officer, and PBM Rommel Debulgado (first district) had one official travel each.
Board Members Samson Mirhan, Ernesto Agustin Bascon had four official travels each while Board Member Andrew Montelibano, Rita Gatuslao had three.
Board Member Victor Javellana, Jose Benito Alonso and Sixto Teofilo Guanzon went on two official travels each.
Meanwhile, Ferrer said that Debulgado will preside in tomorrow’s January 14, 2020 session while he is still the Acting Governor of the Province.
Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson is on official leave until January 18.
In terms of Resolutions and Ordinances, Debulgado filed the most with 204.
