The Seafood Capital of the Philippines, Roxas City in Capiz, is bustling with the opening of world class lifestyle and shopping haven SM City-Roxas.
The historic event solemnly started with a religious blessing rites led by Archdiocese of Capiz administrator Msgr. Cyril Villareal, followed by the ceremonial ribbon cutting rites led by no less than SM Market Chairman Herbert T. Sy, SM City Supermalls President Mr. Steven Tan, SM Prime Holdings Inc. President Mr. Jeffrey Lim.
They were joined in by Capiz Governor Estevan Evan Contreras, Capiz First District Rep. Emmanuel A. Billones and Roxas City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas.
Joining them later were SM Store President Dhinno Tiu, SM SVP for SM Store Aldwin Co, and VP for SM Store Visayas Ma. Cecilia Abreu.
Warmly welcoming the invited guests was SM City Roxas Mall Manager Gigi Sy, along with SM Regional Manager Visayas 3 Girlie Liboon and SM Regional Marketing Manager Visayas 3 Kristine Yap.
SM City Roxas, the 70th branch of SM Supermalls nationwide, is comfortably nestled in the sprawling Arnaldo Boulevard of Roxas City.
