SK chairman accused of throwing bottles, stones
ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A Sanggunian Kabataan (SK) chairman of Brgy. Adlawan here is accused of throwing bottles and stones at three persons. The three persons suffered injuries to their heads and knees after being hit by broken bottles and stones thrown by SK chairman Rolbert Caloyloy at the house of Caroline Moreno also in Adlawan.

ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A Sanggunian Kabataan (SK) chairman of Brgy. Adlawan here is accused of throwing bottles and stones at three persons.
The three persons suffered injuries to their heads and knees after being hit by broken bottles and stones thrown by SK chairman Rolbert Caloyloy at the house of Caroline Moreno also in Adlawan.
According to Noe Arroyo, one of the injured victims, they were drinking at Morenos house when Caloyloy arrived with his former girlfriend.
The victims reprimanded Caloyloy after the former girlfriend shouted. Because of this, the SK chairman got angry and threw bottles and stones at the victims.
But Caloyloys family denied the allegations saying that the three complainants held grudges against the SK chairman because of bullying issues.
