Six wanted persons arrested in Capiz

ROXAS CITY, Capiz – Six wanted persons were arrested in separate operations Tuesday in Dumalag and Dumarao towns.
The Dumalag police served warrants of arrest to five persons at Barangay Poblacion – Edwin Dapat, 49, of Barangay Sublangon, Pontevedra; Gemmarie Daquilanea, 48, of Barangay Gibato, Dumarao; Gerald Duya, 44; Carlito Duya Sr., 71; and Carlito Duya Jr., 37, all residents of Barangay Mahunod-hunod, Cuartero, Capiz.
The five were arrested for the crime of robbery pending with the sala of Roxas City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 16 Judge Nelson J. Bartolome.
The court recommended a P20,000 bail for each suspect.
Meanwhile, a 51-year-old man was arrested for charges of reckless imprudence resulting to slight physical injuries.
Ricardo Pascual of Barangay Salcedo, Dumarao, Capiz did not resist when the police arrested him at his house. He is detained at Dumarao PNP.
