BACOLOD City – Six persons were arrested in separate buy-bust operations here and in Negros Occidental from September 13 to 16.
For Bacolod, P78,560 worth of suspected shabu was confiscated here from four persons.
The drug bust operations here were conducted by Police Stations 3 and 4 in Barangays Villamonte and Banago.
In the province, two persons were apprehended in the cities of Bago and Talisay that resulted in the recovery of P72,760 worth of suspected shabu.
The biggest drug haul was conducted in Talisay City on September 15 that resulted in the arrest of Claire Soreño, 37, of Barangay Zone 2. Police seized from her P68,000 worth of the said contraband.
According to the police, Soreño is a high value individual of Silay City Police Station.
