Shell Philippines has officially opened applications for the Shell LiveWire Philippines 2025 program, calling on innovative local entrepreneurs to bring forward transformative business ideas that drive sustainable growth and community impact.
Now in its sixth year, Shell LiveWire is Shell’s flagship enterprise development initiative that aims to empower startups, cooperatives, and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across the Philippines through mentorship, funding, and integration opportunities.
“Shell LiveWire is more than a business accelerator—it’s a platform for purpose-driven entrepreneurs who want to uplift communities and contribute to inclusive growth,” said Shell Philippines in its official announcement.
The program targets Filipino-led businesses with scalable solutions in energy, the environment, circular economy, and community development, as well as agricultural enterprises embracing sustainable technologies to boost productivity.
It also prioritizes inclusive organizations composed of women, out-of-school youth, and other vulnerable groups, reflecting Shell’s commitment to community-centered innovation.
Since launching in 2020, Shell LiveWire has drawn over 800 local startup applications, with more than 130 enterprises receiving access to specialized training, capital, and strategic mentorship.
The program has created over 800 jobs and integrated 14 local businesses directly into Shell’s supply chain—a milestone that offers long-term market access, operational visibility, and financial sustainability.
These success stories underscore how Shell LiveWire is reshaping the entrepreneurial ecosystem by building resilient local enterprises that power inclusive economic development.
“Through this program, we’ve helped entrepreneurs unlock capital, refine their business models, and scale solutions that address real-world challenges,” the company noted.
Participants accepted into the Shell LiveWire 2025 cohort will receive tailored mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to broader markets through Shell’s platforms and partners.
The program also offers the potential for financial assistance and business integration—crucial factors in the growth journey of early-stage and impact-driven ventures.
Applications for Shell LiveWire Philippines 2025 are open until May 31, and interested entrepreneurs are encouraged to submit through Shell’s official LiveWire website.
Shell emphasized that businesses selected for the program will not only gain a competitive edge but also contribute to the sustainable development of local communities and the broader Philippine economy.
Interested entrepreneurs can submit their applications through the official Shell Philippines LiveWire I About Us by May 31 (https://www.shell.com.ph/about-us/what-we-do/energy-and-innovation/make-the-future/shell-livewire-philippines.html).
