ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A senior citizen wanted for two counts of rape was arrested by police Friday afternoon, May 15, in Barangay Lanot here.
The Roxas City Police Station served the warrant of arrest against alias Andoy, 67, at his house in Barangay Lanot, Roxas City.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Joane Marie Bargas-Betita of Branch 14, Roxas City, on May 15, 2026.
The court recommended no bail for his temporary liberty.
He is in the custody of the Roxas City Police Station for proper disposition and court referral.
