Police identified the fatality as John Romulo Agustin, 27, of Barangay Granada.
Police Captain Rey Tolosa Jr., head of Police Station 4, said Agustin allegedly tried to overtake a passenger jeepney driven by Jaime Bawaan Jr., 51, of Barangay 17.
