BACOLOD City – Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson said unvaccinated travelers are still required to present negative RT-PCR test results 72 hours prior to travel, while government personnel on official business must present travel order, valid identification card, and pass symptom screening upon arrival.
This, as Level 2 in Negros Occidental has been extended by Lacson until Nov 30.
In an executive order dated Nov 12, Lacson said inbound fully vaccinated travelers must register with the S-Pass and possess QR code vaccination cards.
Persons caught presenting fake documents shall be subjected to a 14-day quarantine and RT-PCR testing at their expense on the 5th day from arrival, the executive order stated.
One flight per day per airline company for Manila-Bacolod-Manila flights with all modes of transportation is allowed to bring passengers to and from the airport, Lacson said.
Under Alert Level 2, casinos, horse racing and cockfighting as well as cockpit operations are still prohibited unless authorized by the Inter Agency Task Force or the President.
On the other hand, indoor venue establishments shall be allowed up to 50 percent venue capacity, but must cater only to those 18 years old and above who are fully vaccinated, and those below 18 years should also be allowed, even if unvaccinated, the executive order also said.
But there must be no objection from the local government unit where the activities or limited operation establishments will take place, it added.
All limited operation of establishments, which cater to unvaccinated and partially vaccinated individuals, shall be also allowed up to 30 percent indoor venue capacity.
The governor also said all workers and employees of establishments, including amusement or theme parks, recreational venues, movie houses or cinemas, personal care establishments, fitness studios and venues with live voice or wind instrument performers and audiences such as karaoke bars, clubs, concert halls, must be fully vaccinated.
