ROXAS CITY, Capiz — A top 5 most wanted person in Roxas City was arrested Saturday afternoon, Feb. 21, at Sitio Cassandra, Barangay Tabuc, Roxas City.
The police identified the suspect as alias “Lar,” 27, of Sitio Puntod, Barangay Libas, Roxas City, Capiz.
He is wanted for violating Republic Act 10883, or the New Anti-Carnapping Act of 2016.
The warrant of arrest was issued and signed by Judge Sesinio Navales Belen Jr. of Regional Trial Court, Sixth Judicial Region, Branch 15, Roxas City, dated Feb. 10, 2026.
The court recommended PHP 300,000 bail for his temporary liberty.
He is presently in the custody of the Roxas City PNP for proper disposition.
