ROXAS City, Capiz – This city has a new police chief in the person of Police Lieutenant Colonel Ricardo Jomuad Jr.
The turn-over of command ceremony was held Friday morning, July 26, at the Roxas City police station which was left by Police Colonel Dante Tayco.
The turnover of command was witnessed by City Mayor Ronnie Dadivas and Capiz Police Provincial Office (CPPO) Director Police Superintendent Canilo Fuentes.
Tayco thanked the people of this city for the support extended to him during his 2-year stint as police chief.
He said he is proud of the awards bestowed to the police station and personnel like the “Best Police Station – Component City.”
Dadivas congratulated Tayco for the good performance as police chief as he assured support to the incoming police chief.
Tayco will undergo schooling for one year in Davao City.
