The Roxas City Government said good financial practices and transparent use of public funds earned it the Seal of Good Financial Housekeeping (SGFH) from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG).
In a statement, Mayor Ronnie Dadivas said Roxas City was one of the local government units to gain recognition from the DILG for good and conscientious use of public funds.
In May 2022, the DILG announced that Roxas City passed the SGFH assessment for following correct accounting and auditing standards based on the rules and regulations of the DILG-SGFH.
This is clear proof of our administration’s transparent and correct use of public funds through proper auditing of our coffers,” Dadivas said.
