Last April 9 and 11, 2026 the Rotary District 3850 of Rotary International successfully concluded Presidents‑Elect & Secretary-Elect Learning Seminar (PESELS) in Pagadian City and Zamboanga City respectively and what an inspiring and energizing experience it was!
This year’s first-of-a-kind sectoral PESELS was thoughtfully designed to equip our incoming Presidents with the tools, confidence, and clarity needed to Create Lasting Impact in their clubs and communities.

- Building and Sustaining Club Vibrancy
A heartfelt thank you to our Past District Governor Joe Jay Doctora, incoming District Learning Facilitator, District leadership team led by District Governor Elect Carlo Joseph de la Cruz, incoming District Secretary Frederick Anthony de Leon, incoming Assistant Governors and our PESELS host clubs headed by the Rotary Club of Pagadian for Zones 8 to 9 and Rotary Club of Metro Zamboanga for Zone 10 to 11, whose energy, passion, and commitment truly brought the program to fruition.
