ROC.PH, a Creative Marketing-as-a-Service platform supporting micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives, and nonprofits since 2016, has expanded its social impact with the launch of a new Give Back Program and an official Scholarship Program beginning September 1, 2025.
Rooted in its mission to empower underserved communities through accessible digital solutions, ROC.PH has evolved from a tech startup into a purpose-driven social enterprise, offering affordable marketing services and learning opportunities nationwide.
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company remained committed to supporting small businesses, sustaining its services despite widespread economic disruption.
That commitment deepened in 2024 when founder Ron Oliver Clarin became a Person with Disability (PWD), an experience that reinforced his drive to promote inclusivity and empower marginalized groups through technology.
Earlier this year, ROC.PH launched its Learning Hub, providing webinars and online courses to students, professionals, entrepreneurs, and MSME owners.
Since its launch in March 2025, the Learning Hub has served over 2,000 learners, sustained through service purchases, paid webinars, course enrollments, and voluntary contributions.
In August 2025, the company introduced its MBA Journey campaign—a unique initiative where every PHP 100 spent on ROC.PH services or donated by community members funds one free webinar pass or online course for a scholar or small business owner.
“Our Give Back Program is proof that every small action can spark big change,” Clarin said.
“Whether it’s a PHP 100 course purchase or a direct contribution, every effort helps someone learn, grow, and build their future,” he added.
As of August 14, 2025, the scholarship initiative has already supported 62 individuals, including students, aspiring entrepreneurs, and PWDs.
Beneficiaries are nominated through verified channels, including academic institutions, civic organizations, and government partners.
The full launch of the Scholarship Program will see ROC.PH integrate its existing MSME Startup Deal Program, Cooperative & Association Development Program, and Nonprofit Support Program into the new framework.
The organization aims to reach up to 10,000 beneficiaries by the end of 2025.
Through this ecosystem approach, ROC.PH hopes to make digital transformation and skills development accessible to those typically left behind by traditional support systems.
Supporters and learners can contribute, enroll, or explore ROC.PH’s Give Back initiative at https://www.roc.ph/giveback.
