Robertine leaders from Thailand and the Philippines capped off a transformative six-day Robertine Integrated Management Development Program (MDP) with a symbolic sunset cruise in Bangkok, reflecting their shared commitment to shaping the future of education.
Held from May 26 to 31, 2025, the program brought together 35 senior leaders from seven Robertine operating units for a week of strategic planning, leadership development, and collaboration.
The Luxury White cruise on the Chao Phraya River served as the culminating event, where participants celebrated a unified vision of governance, innovation, and academic excellence across borders.
“The starlit voyage marked more than just the program’s end—it was a powerful reminder of unity, purpose, and the collective aspiration to elevate Robertine education,” organizers said in a closing statement.
Rooted in the values of servant leadership and inclusive decision-making, the MDP reinforced the Robertine mission to deliver transformative education rooted in faith, integrity, and service.
“With a spirit of shared governance and a deep passion for excellence, the Robertine community stands ready not only to make waves, but to chart bold new horizons,” the statement added.
The program focused on aligning institutional goals across Thailand and the Philippines and developing a cohesive strategy for academic growth, operational synergy, and holistic student outcomes.
Leaders emphasized that the MDP is more than a training initiative—it represents a renewed commitment to educational equity and leadership formation in Southeast Asia.
“This is not just a story of success—it’s a love story for learning, leadership, and a future bright with promise,” the group concluded.
The Robertine MDP is part of an ongoing series of leadership development initiatives aimed at strengthening cross-country collaboration among Catholic educational institutions inspired by the charism of St. Robert Bellarmine.
