A motorcycle rider died in a road collision evening of July 15, 2023 in Passi City, Iloilo.
Rio Pacino, 39, of Barangay Bita-ogan, was believed to have instantly died after his motorcycle crashed into another motorcycle driven by 19-year-old student Eljohn Postremo, also from Bita-ogan village.
