A bagger died after he was crushed by a rice harvester on the morning of Oct. 5 in Cabatuan, Iloilo.
Police identified the victim only as “Jose,” 57, of Barangay Janipaan Ulo, Cabatuan.
Reports said the harvester operator asked Jose to clean the agricultural machine.
The victim used his hand to remove mud from the machine’s blower.
The operator allegedly started the harvester without knowing Jose was cleaning it.
