The Roxas City Government is distributing 25-kilo bags of rice to 32,000 indigent families starting today, Dec 18, 2020.
This is the third round of rice distribution as part of the food security program of Mayor Ronnie Dadivas during this time of pandemic.
“Akon guinasigurado nga sa tion sang krisis, wala may magutuman sa Roxas City,” Mayor Dadivas said.
The city government will distribute the rice to target beneficiaries to avoid large gatherings in keeping with health protocols imposed during the pandemic.
“Sa pagtakup sang tuig 2020, ang inyo City Government nagpain sang daku nga kantidad agud matagaan sa liwat sang tig-25 kilos nga sako sang bugas ang 32,000 ka pinakapigado nga pumoluyo sang aton Syudad. Sa pagsug-alaw naton sang Paskwa, indi namon gusto nga may magutuman. May pagkaon guihapon sa lamesa ang tagsa ka pamilya. Inyo lauman nga sa maabot nga semana, aton na igapatigayon distribusyon sang bugas sa tanan nga kabarangayan sa Roxas City,” Mayor Dadivas added.
