Reimagination Community

Prometheus, a public relations firm and marketing agency, is launching ‘Reimagination Community’: a COVID-recovery program providing free marketing solutions to COVID-affected businesses. The company is offering marketing services focused on reinventing and ‘reimagining’ an online presence for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Inspired by the Bayanihan spirit and community pantries nationwide, the program is available to all qualified MSMEs in the Province of Iloilo.

The Philippines is founded on the work ethic of small business owners. In 2019, the Philippine Statistics Authority recorded 1,000,506 businesses operating in the Philippines: 891,044 (89%) are categorized as micro enterprises;  99,936 (10%) as small enterprises; and 4,765 (0.5%) as medium enterprises. These MSMEs contribute 5,510,760 jobs nationwide (62.4%). In launching Reimagination Community, Prometheus aims to do its part in curbing the ongoing economic damage and help Ilonggo families during the 2nd year of COVID-19.

Prometheus CEO Lcid Fernandez has this to say about the program:

“We saw how much Filipinos all over the country were giving back to their communities. We started Reimagination Community with the same idea of giving from what we can to others who are in need. COVID isn’t just damaging the economy, it’s damaging people’s lives. We may not be directly providing food to people but I hope that through this program we can help those people provide food for their families.”

Prometheus believes that targeted digital marketing and a strong online presence are key to keep businesses running. Upon launch, Reimagination Community is offering several services to boost a business’s online traffic and visibility. Prometheus’s strategic and creative talents provide for logo branding and redesign, creation and post-production of audio-visual content, and social media management for engagement. These will be available to all eligible applicants.
