ROXAS CITY, Capiz — The fourth most wanted person in Western Visayas was arrested Tuesday morning, June 2, in Dumarao, Capiz, police said.
Police identified the suspect only as alias Toto, 21.
He was arrested during a manhunt operation in Barangay Bungsuan, Dumarao, around 10:10 a.m.
Records from the Police Regional Office 6 showed the suspect was listed as the No. 4 most wanted person in Western Visayas, the No. 2 provincial most wanted person in Capiz, and the No. 4 municipal most wanted person in Dumarao.
The suspect is facing five counts of statutory rape under Article 266-A, Paragraph 1(d), of the Revised Penal Code.
The arrest warrant was issued by Regional Trial Court Judge Joan Marie Betita of Branch 14 in Roxas City on May 8, 2026.
The court recommended no bail for the suspect’s temporary liberty.
He is under the custody of the Roxas City Police Station for proper disposition.
