ROXAS CITY, Capiz— A man wanted for the crime of rape was arrested by police Friday afternoon at Plaridel Street, Brgy. VIII here.
Reyno Olithao of Brgy. Intampilan, Panitan town did not resist when the Panitan Municipal Police Station served a warrant of arrest against him.
Regional Trial Court Judge Kristine B. Tiangco-Vinculado issued the warrant on Oct 13, 2020.
No bail was recommended for Olithao’s temporary liberty. He is presently detained at Roxas City police station.
