MAAYON, Capiz A rape suspect was arrested morning of April 1, 2019 at Brgy. Manayupit, Maayon, Capiz.
Oliver Solis Jr., 39, did not resist when the Maayon police led by Lt. Mark Anthony M. Garcia cops served a warrant of arrest in Criminal Case No. C-69-19 for the crime of Statutory Rape under Art. 266-A of the Revised Penal Code.
Regional Trial Court Branch 14 Judge Esperanza Isabel E. Poco-Deslate issued the warrant in Roxas City on March 5, 2019 with no bail recommended for his temporary liberty.
