F2 Logistics dismantled Foton in the semifinals, 25-19, 25-23, 17-25, 25-19, in the Philippine Superliga.
With the victory, F2 marched to their fourth straight PSL All-Filipino finals appearance and never dropped a finals berth since joining the league in 2016.
Having a twice to beat advantage against Foton, F2 put in a collective effort and fired in all cylinders to end the series in just one game.
Kalei Mau, Majoy Baron, and Kianna Dy proved to be too much against the Foton twin tower Santiago sisters, Jaja and Dindin.
Mau top scored the game with 16 points and added 12 digs to her tally while veteran Abby Marano contributed 12 points and 3 big blocks.
F2 is waiting for the winner between Petron and Cignal, where both teams will be playing for a do-or-die match.
If Petron wins, F2 looks to rebound big time, as the semifinalists beat F2 in the last conference’s finals in a slugfest series which everybody thought F2 will win.
