The operations, spearheaded by the Police Regional Office 6 (PRO-6), resulted in the confiscation of approximately 1,024 grams of suspected shabu, valued at around PHP6.97 million.
Fourteen of the arrested individuals were identified as high-value targets, while 54 were street-level drug personalities, according to PRO-6.
A total of 53 anti-drug operations were carried out across the region, reinforcing PRO-6’s commitment to the national campaign against illegal drugs.
Police Brigadier General Jack L. Wanky, PRO-6 regional director, commended law enforcement personnel and partner stakeholders for their sustained efforts in the crackdown.
“We commend the hard work and ardent determination of our personnel in partnership with the different stakeholders, that resulted in these noteworthy accomplishments,” Wanky said.
“Rest assured that those who are monitored to be engaging in the illicit drug activity will be given preferential attention and, if evidence warrants, will be subjected to law enforcement operations,” he added.
